What is #NoTears?

#NoTears means that in sports, we should be able to focus on the sport, not having to hide tears at being screamed at or ridiculed. Many of my gymnastics teammates and I would hide in front of cubbies, in a corner by a drink machine, or in the bathroom in tears after being kicked out of the gym or otherwise humiliated and waiting for a ride home. Let there be no more tears!
